Ontology-Based Physiological Simulation Engine — Research Preview

Ontology graph

Explore source claims, model references, and the v2 catalog. Select nodes or relations to see source records and provenance.

Run the simulation in your browser

The unmodified physiosim engine runs locally in your browser via Pyodide (agreement with the native engine about 1e-10 relative). Adjust parameters and watch the animated circulation. Synthetic data; not clinically validated.

Demo: Phase 1 six-compartment circulation model

Synthetic simulation results and CSV/manifest for baseline, reduced contractility, and partial recovery scenarios.

Demo: Four-chamber M1 snapshot

Four-chamber M1 results run with synthetic fixed parameters, figures, trajectory CSV, and manifest.

Demo: LA–mitral valve–LV applied sidecar

Anatomy metadata sidecar and gate report. External numerical connection is CLOSED.

Methodology

Model equations, ontology hierarchy, verification methods, AI-assisted development and cross-review process, limitations, and sources.

Review status: the graph viewer (PR #6) and four-chamber M1/applied sidecar (PR #5) are unmerged drafts. Ontology decisions and physiological validity are unapproved. See the methodology page for details.
